1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Use govern the use of the Slam Squad platform available at slamsquad.app.
  2. The owner and administrator of the platform is Oskar Gawlak, contact: oskar.gawlak@gmail.com.
  3. By using the platform, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

  1. Slam Squad is a free Fantasy Tennis game based on the Australian Open tournament.
  2. Users create virtual teams of tennis players, earn points based on real match results, and compete in rankings and leagues.
  3. Detailed game rules, scoring, and gameplay mechanics are available in the "Game Rules" section on the platform.
  4. The game is purely for entertainment purposes and does not involve any monetary prizes.

3. Registration and User Account

  1. To use the platform, you must create an account using an email address or Google account.
  2. The user is responsible for all activities performed on their account.

4. Platform Usage Rules

By using Slam Squad, the user agrees to:

Fair Play:

  • no use of bots, scripts, or automation tools,
  • no exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities,
  • no multiple accounts to gain an advantage.

Respect for the Service:

  • no commercial use of the platform without administrator consent,
  • no actions that may disrupt platform operation.

5. Yellow Balls

  1. Yellow Balls are virtual currency used in the game to activate boosts and transfers.
  2. Yellow Balls have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
  3. Unused Yellow Balls expire according to the rules described in the "Game Rules" section.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All rights to the Slam Squad platform, including graphics, code, and content, belong to the administrator.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. The Slam Squad platform is provided "as is" (as is).
  2. The administrator does not guarantee:
    • uninterrupted and error-free service operation,
    • real-time availability of match data (data depends on external providers),
    • achievement of specific results in the game.
  3. The administrator is not liable for:
    • losses resulting from technical problems, service interruptions, or system errors,
    • user decisions made based on information from the platform,
    • actions of third parties, including external service providers.

8. Account Deletion

  1. Users may delete their account at any time through profile settings.
  2. The administrator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use.
  3. Upon account deletion, user data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Personal Data Protection

  1. Personal data processing rules are defined in the Privacy Policy available on the platform.
  2. By using the platform, the user accepts the data processing rules described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

  1. The administrator reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use.

11. Governing Law

  1. These Regulations are subject to the law of the Republic of Poland, taking into account the mandatory provisions of European Union law.
  2. All disputes will be resolved by courts competent for the administrator's registered office.
